APPOINTMENT REQUIRED

1. Applicant must be a resident of Dale County
2. Applicant must provide valid identification (Driver’s License/Identification Card)
3. Each person must submit an application for Appointment as Notary Public
4. Applicant must submit a $25,000.00 Surety Bond from an insurance or bonding company. State employees can submit a State Blanket Bond.
